Executives retreat
Executives are faced with enormous pressures that many others never experience. In order to ensure that Executives remain in peak condition and at peak performance, it is necessary, on occasion, to ‘escape’ and refresh the mind in the company of like-minded people - an exectuive retreat.
Our executives retreat programme combines having a break from the routine with expanding individual skills, knowledge and experience.
The programme is available to executives and those aspiring to become leaders.
The shape of the retreat is for each participant to join others with complementary experiences from the same or different organisations, and for all the participants to learn from each other, with the help of an expert facilitator.
Each retreat lasts between 1 and 5 days, and is located either locally or at a 'Small Luxury Hotel of the World' on the West Coast of Scotland.
Each day is divided. During the morning everyone attends a learning session. The remainder of the day is available for personal coaching, if required, and leisure activities, combined with fine dining and good conversation.
“A relaxing way to broaden the mind…….”
