Cultural change management

Culture is about the ways we behave in a particular environment. Culture, also, determines how we dress, the language we use, and the ‘power’ relationships that exist.

Sometimes, a culture develops that inhibits appropriate behaviour, and prevents people from working together in mutually beneficial ways. This can lead to psychological distress, and where psychological distress exists, the individuals and the organisation perform poorly compared to their capacity to perform well and clearly cultural change is required.

We are experts in cultural change - changing negative cultures into positive environments where individuals and the organisation perform beyond expectation.

  • We advise on the organisational influences on culture, for example, the clarity of purpose and the structures to support purpose.
  • We advise on the management ‘rules’ that foster a positive culture based on commitment and trust.
  • We train people in the behaviours needed to ensure a sustained positive culture that benefits individuals and the organisation.
