Employer Assist Plan (ERAP)
Our Premier Programme is an annual plan and provision of psychology services
designed to bring change to business and services. The programme details
how organisations can construct a working environment that influences the
behaviour of managers in a way that limits the risk of stress and conflict.

distress.
The Purpose
Our services have the purpose of
'preventing stress and
mental distress from occurring in the first place'.
This is a primary prevention strategy which focuses on the organisation,
and aims to introduce a culture which promotes trust and commitment,
and becomes resilient to stress.
We also provide secondary prevention strategy which tackles the existing
problems and prevents them from becoming worse thereby preventing your
business or service deteriorating as a result of high levels of stress,
sickness, absence or high staff turnover.
The End Game
Our services are aimed at introducing and sustaining mental wellbeing
at work and at the conclusion of our help, we expect organisations
to exhibit the characteristics of the "end game", a stage at
which sickness and absence levels are low, and staff turnover has reduced.
