Tracy Land
B.Ed, M.Th, Dip ION, Fd. Sc., member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT) and Nutritional Therapy Council (NTC) Registered Practitioner.
Tracy originally trained as a teacher, but following the completion of a masters degree at Nottingham University, she embarked on a 20 year career in health service management, research and consultancy.
Tracy had a long standing interest in nutrition and in the power of food to transform health. This led her to train and qualify as a nutritional therapist at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London which focuses on the achieving of optimum physical and mental health by a careful and thorough evaluation of an individual’s nutritional requirements.
She is a member of the professional body - the British Association for Nutritional Therapy and runs her own private practice in York.
