Sarah Frossell
BA (Hons) in Philosophy (Exeter) MBA (Warwick) Master Trainer in NLP
Sarah is a business consultant and organisational coach. Using her background in learning development, psychology and communication, she works creatively with top teams to align the Vision and Values of their businesses and to engage and motivate the people at every level of their organisations.
She focuses on leadership and developing high performing teams. She coaches organisations, individuals and leadership teams, trains trainers, facilitators and coaches, and has applied skills, techniques and processes from NLP, humanistic psychology, Accelerated Learning - and other associated and related disciplines - across a broad range of settings including, strategy workshops, management and leadership training and coaching, education and therapy. She is an accredited trainer of NLP trainers, runs regular business and learning orientated Practitioner and Master Practitioner programmes, is a guest lecturer on several MBA programmes and regularly speaks and runs workshops at large scale conferences.
Sarah started working with NLP in 1986 and has been a Master Trainer for some years, having worked with the original creators of NLP and completed her original trainer training in Toronto with Tad James and Wyatt Woodsmall in 1992.
She is passionate about the potential of people and about the value of applying NLP techniques in business, personal development, leadership development and education.
Sarah has worked with blue chip organisations across the commercial sector where her clients have included IBM, British Airways, BAA, O2, SwissRe, WH Smith, PMI. BCG, Ernst & Young. National Australia Bank, and in the public sector in health and education authorities across the country.
