Michael Walshe
Following his graduation with a law degree, Michael built a highly successful year career in HR and general management in the manufacturing, electronic, computer and engineering sectors. He joined a London insurance broker in 1990 as HR and Training Director and was responsible for developing a wide range of innovative practices. For ten years from 1991 Michael was a visiting tutor at the Leadership Trust and has run his own consultancy business since 2000 working with a wide range of senior clients in several sectors including the Media, Construction, Law, Power Supply, Manufacturing, I.T. and Education.
Michael is a member of the CIPD and The British Psychological Society and has twenty years experience in the use of a wide range of psychometric and emotional intelligence techniques. He is a Master Practitioner of NLP and a Time-Line Coach with clients in Australia, the Middle -East, North America, Singapore and throughout Europe.
As well as running training programmes in leadership, performance management and presentation skills, Michael runs a coaching practice, is part owner of an IT solutions business and works with head hunters in the assessment of candidates for senior level appointments.
