Jenny Heather
M.Sc., MCIPD, M.Sc. Employee Relations, B.Sc. (Hons) Social Science, Master Practitioner in NLP, Certificate in Counselling at Work
Jenny Heather is an Executive Coach and Career Consultant, with a sound business background and considerable experience of coaching at all levels up to CEO and Board level in both private and public sector. Her achievements include designing and delivering a wide range of leadership and management development coaching programmes for both individuals and groups. She is a qualified counsellor and Master Practitioner in NLP and is qualified to administer 16PF, OPQ and MBTI.
As a practitioner, Jenny's skills and achievements include coaching on effective leadership strategies; communication and influencing skills; how to develop highly effective teams; presentation skills; assertiveness and presenting. She has delivered coaching for individuals designed to improve their management performance; support for Directors and Managers to develop self confidence and self belief, particularly after major changes such as promotion, restructuring, mergers, redundancy as well as coaching and workshops on dealing with stress at work; bullying and harassment issues; conflict resolution and handling difficult relationships.
Jenny has been both the Chair and a qualified Assessor on Assessment Centres designed to identify candidates for promotion and career development and is experienced in all aspects of career change, including psychometric testing; evaluating career options and practical job search techniques including CV's and interview skills.

Jenny's career history has included running her own company, being an Independent Executive Coach and Career Consultant, a Senior Lecturer of the Business Studies Department of the Polytechnic of North London and a Human Resource Manager for Glaxo Pharmaceutical Plc and Dow Chemical Ltd.
