Jeff Rodgers

MA (Leadership Studies)

Jeff is a 'poacher turned gamekeeper'. He became a Leadership Consultant after 20 years of operational leadership and management experience in both the public and private sectors. He is committed to provide realistic outcome-based solutions that produce improvements in individual and workplace behaviour which directly assist in the achievement of organisational goals. Jeff uses an anthropological approach to accurately diagnose the social dynamic of the series of interlinked teams that make up an organisation - its cultures and subcultures. From this accurate diagnosis he produces targeted development interventions that help the entire organisation from the individual through to the bottom line!

Jeff became a Royal Air Force Regiment Officer at the age of 19 and fulfilled a number of leadership roles, both training and operational, for 20 years before retiring as a Squadron Leader. He then worked as a Project Manager within the Oil and Gas industry before deciding to focus on what had always been his passion. He obtained his Masters Degree in Leadership Studies, with Merit, at Exeter University Centre for Leadership Studies. He has since worked for a number of Blue Chip organisations, particularly in the Medical Technology environment and a range of smaller companies. He is also an experienced accredited user of the Belbin Team Role Profiling Tool and the TalentSmart Emotional Intelligence Development Programme.

Jeff is lucky; he loves his job. He is passionate about enabling others to love theirs through liberating the energy and efficiency within their team.
