Jeff Chandra
FCMI, MBA, BSc(Hons), PG Exec Coaching
Jeff's coaching approach is informed by 15 years as Chief Executive of a variety of NHS trusts and health authorities, as well as senior management roles in local government.This experience is underpinned by a postgraduate qualification in executive coaching. In addition to NHS leaders, his client list includes chairmen and managing directors of commercial organisations. However, his heart remains in the public sector and he is passionate about assisting NHS leaders to develop the confidence, assurance and skills which will equip them to deal effectively with present and future challenges in a rapidly changing NHS.
His approach is founded on building a bond of trust and confidentiality with his clients so that no issue that is raised by them is 'out of bounds'. At the same time he seeks to help the client identify the specific outcomes they seek from coaching and he is inventive and challenging in helping them to achieve their personal and organisational goals. He uses psychometric instruments where appropriate to illuminate the underlying issues which may be hindering progress.
Jeff's coaching 'toolkit' embraces the most effective coaching tools and techniques available. His expectation is that he will be able to help clients deliver extraordinary results for themselves through undertaking this journey of personal development.
