Edward Gordon Lennox

After 10 years as an officer in the services, Edward became a business leader and for 15 years grew to be a Director of 3 organisations in the Retail, Leisure and Hospitality sectors. For the last 5 years Edward has used his wide and varied experience to help people and organisations achieve sustainable results.


Edward's qualifications and training include London Business School Senior Strategy Course, Leadership Assessor, Behavioural 360 degree feedback. He is currently training for Level A and experience in MBTI, SDI and Emotional Intelligence.

Edward's specialist areas are culture change, organisational development, individual and team performance and behavioural diagnostics, feedback and coaching, leadership assessment, programme development and delivery and team development.

He has an engaging coaching style which gives confidence to the coachee/s. His breadth of commercial and life experiences and facilitative coaching techniques help him to develop strong coaching relationships.

Edward specialises in coaching leaders to define strategy and direction and then to deliver and achieve the goals they have set for themselves and their part of the organisation.

Before becoming a Director of a consulting firm, Edward was the Cultural Change Director for National Car Parks, Brand Development Director for Whitbread and was Managing Director of Showplace Hospitality.
