Anne’s career spanned 25 years as a registered nurse, working mostly in Cardio-thoracic intensive care settings.

With a degree in applied psychology and a post graduate teaching certificate, she qualified at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in 2006.
Anne is a clinical tutor for Diploma in Nutritional Therapy courses and has her own Nutrition therapy clinics. She undertakes workshops and seminars in schools and 1:1 consultations.
She is a member of the Nursing and Midwifery Council and a Nutrition Therapy council / Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council registered practitioner.
In her spare time, Anne enjoys hill walking in the Yorkshire Dales, trampolining and Yoga.
