Paul Segal
BA Jt. Hons (2.1) English and Philosophy.

Paul Segal, Commercial Director of OrganisationHealth, has a wealth of expertise in owning and managing businesses. Paul has grown start up businesses into profitable multi million pound companies which have successfully incorporated the strategies advocated and employed by OrganisationalHealth.

He considers his strengths to be in entrepreneurship, leadership, and team building and developing customer focussed management teams which deliver stakeholder satisfaction.

Paul is a highly experienced trainer, facilitator, mentor, manager, motivator and counsellor with NLP Master and Health Practitioner accreditation. Paul is currently undertaking Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Training in pursuit of his continued personal development and with which to enable him to deliver the most effective psychological contribution to clients.

Paul is a Prince's Trust voluntary mentor. He runs a private counselling practice and also serves as a non executive director. Paul graduated in 1978 with BA Jt. Hons (2.1) from Hull University in English and Philosophy.

Paul lives with his partner, Julie, and their two children in West Sussex.
