The causes of sickness absence in the workplace


The ‘Iceberg Effect’ or ‘Presentness’ constitutes the major cost to employers that is associated with staff productivity. The ‘Iceberg Effect’ is the impact that negativity and adverse events has on the performance of individuals and organisations.
