Leadership assessment test
Test whether you have the characteristics of good leadership with the OrganisationHealth leadership assessment tool to determine how closely you marry up to these characteristics – download our Quick leadership assessment Q2. Judge for yourself where you lie between 1 and 10 (10 being most closely aligned to the characteristic). Then, ask your staff to assess your leadership characteristics using the same questionnaire – and compare the answers!
Any score that is roughly more than half way along the lines shows that you are well on the way to encouraging engagement amongst your staff and demonstrating the characteristics of transformational leadership. You may require some support to help you improve your abilities still further.
Anything less than half way would suggest you need some help to develop the characteristics of effective leadership.
Our coaching service helps leaders develop leadership characteristics that encourage staff engagement with their workforce.
