Strategy for health and wellbeing

Many organisations develop a strategy for health and wellbeing that is not sufficiently comprehensive to reduce the levels of psychological distress at work and improve the psychological health and wellbeing of employees.

Our comprehensive strategic framework has five strategic purposes:

  • To prevent psychological distress from happening in the first place
  • To prevent deterioration amongst those suffering from stress
  • To help those off sick to come back to work
  • To help those who have been off sick for some time to return to work
  • To sustain a psychologically healthy workplace.

Download our strategic checklist for psychological health to establish for yourself if your organisation has the range of services needed to make an impact on reducing psychological distress at work and promoting psychological health.

Our consultancy service helps organisations develop and implement strategies for health and wellbeing. Together with our partners, we are able to provide our clients with the services needed to implement a comprehensive approach to health and wellbeing.
